Daryl Heppner Operations Manager
Daryl joined Polycrete in 1993 and has worked on all major projects undertaken by the company since then. After progressing through foreman and superintendent job classifications as his skill and leadership grew, Daryl became the operations manager in 2009 and is now responsible for overall management of all work done by Polycrete.

Natasha joined Polycrete in 2008 and has become a key person for coordination of materials supply and delivery for many projects. She also works with clients and Polycrete personnel to ensure that project schedules are not unnecessarily disrupted by unforeseen events.

As Founder of Polycrete, Bob has remained actively involved to ensure a smooth transition to the BM Group ownership. Bob is available on an as-required basis to provide information and guidance from his vast knowledge of the construction and restoration industry.

Graham Gunnyon, BSc In-house Consultant
Graham has an extensive background in materials engineering consulting, product evaluation and project management, in addition to being member of the Polycrete team for more than twenty-five years. Although he has passed the usual retirement age, Graham is available to share his knowledge with Polycrete personnel and clients.
